Indonesia: Lori spent over five years in Indonesia leading relief and development work, including strategies for families displaced by conflict in Aceh and disaster response in Banda Aceh after the Indian Ocean tsunami, as liaison to UN coordination efforts. She speaks Indonesian fluently.

Singapore: She then spent 10 years in Singapore leading strategy and talent across Asia-Pacific, building teams that worked together across countries, languages and functions.

For 15+ years she has led strategy, operations and talent for global teams: as Director of Global Talent Development at a Fortune 100 AI hardware company; as a senior strategy leader for Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore; and through disaster response operations in Indonesia. She hosts A World of Difference, a top 3% global podcast with listeners in 120 countries, and speaks 6 languages. She has served as a Board Director for global, multiple mission-driven organizations.
